I was recently checking out flights to the Eastern Caribbean and went ahead to check out Caribbean Airlines website. I was sent to this site via a direct link, so it was easy to find. I always pay attention to url links for security reasons (did not this time). When I arrived on the site, I loved the dub of Lorraine by Explainer. Very nice touch and unexpected. :)
I later tried to go back to Caribbean Airlines website by doing direct browsing to CaribbeanAirlines.com and came onto another website. I was surprised to have found nothing that related to where I was earlier. Upon further exploration, I realized that the website I was on earlier was Caribbean-Airline.com and when I went back later I typed in CaribbeanAirlines.com. That dash made the difference. I wonder how many direct browsers Caribbean Airlines loose to this other company?
