I interviewed Philly recently and learned a great deal about his background in music. Philly is hilarious and kept me laughing the entire time. Philly is a Soca artiste from St. Vincent and the Grenadines. When you watch the interview be sure to get familiar because I am sure you have heard his tunes before.
