The word Bazodee is a common adjective used in some West Indian islands. It is of French Creole origin and normally means totally confused or dazed. However, when it comes to “Bazodee Friday” or as it is called this year as “Bazodee Bacchanal Factory”, there was no confusion or question as to its success as a major Friday evening Carnival event.
Bazodee, which took place at Pier1, Chaguaramas was executed for many years by the Pier 1 committee and it was given an extra creative push in 2009, as this marked the first year that popular entertainment website Triniscene.com got involved in the production of the event. Read more
