I read this article in USA today. The interesting thing about this article is that Google is solidifying its stronghold of this relative new medium called the Internet. With the amount of capital they have it makes sense. They understand the web and with money the playground is huge.
They are not looking to the future. They are inventing it. Technology will always develop and proliferate because we continue to have practical use for the technology. More technology will be developed because of the need or the innovators who think not just outside of the box. But out of this universe.
